Chandler Engineering Company Announces the Release of Two New Consistometer Mode

Chandler Engineering announces the release of two new instruments for oil well cement analisys: HPHT consistometer 7322 and HPHT consistometer 8340. According to the manufacturer, these two new models represent upgraded analogues of consistometer 7222 and 8240 respectively. New models have the same specifications and characteristics of previous models, but at the same time they have new features, which improve consistometers’ utility.

The new features are:

1. Improved construction, enhanced frame strength;
2. Frame and the external panels are produced with powder coating. Improved instrument’s surface durability and appearance;
3. New exhausted air filtration system reduces oil mist amount in the laboratory;
4. To stop injection Chandler Engineering 5270 Data Acquisition and Control Software can be used;
5. Temperature control  for simulation of hesitation squeeze process is also improved;
6. New function added – recording consistometer’s data by Chandler Engineering 5270;
7. Illuminated heating and cooling switches help to control visually the status of the heater or cooling liquid.
